Hello friends,
I’m Susan Kozlowski, and I am the owner/operator of the Funk Trunk Clothing Company located on beautiful Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada. I am wife to Cory (24 years!) and mom to Jenelle, who keeps me hopping as a dance mom. Benson, our wiener dog (my fav animal ever) rounds out our family and provides ongoing entertainment for anyone he meets. I hold my friends and family close to my heart and in my spare time I can be found playing badminton, hanging out at Sproat Lake, hosting a social gathering or out on a walk with a pal.
Since I can remember, it was my dream to own my own clothing store and it finally became reality in late 2006. My mom often tells stories of me changing my clothes and accessorizing constantly, so my destiny was determined at a very young age! We were fortunate to be born and raised in a small city, dubbed “the Community with a heart” and I believe it’s true! Living and working in our community has afforded me the pleasure of getting to know my customers and their personal style. In fact, my fav part of owning my business is the relationships I develop with my customers and helping them to feel confident and beautiful in their new purchases. I have encouraged many of my customers to branch out and try flattering styles, both classic and trending, over the years and I love hearing that their new “go to’s” are our quality fashions, shoes and accessories that suit them to a tee!
